Asphalt Milling
Another milling day at Patel Brothers (Niles, IL location). Here we are removing the entire surface and binder of the parking lot until we reach the base. Our trucks are running and lined up ready for the next step of action!
Asphalt milling provides a clean-cut, cost-effective solution to restore pride to your asphalt. The milling process consists of removing just enough thickness to level and smoothen the surface or a full-depth removal. There are many reasons for milling a paved area instead of paving over the existing surface.
Construction
Ingenia executing a full-throttle site excavation on a chilly November day in the City of Chicago for the Norfolk Southern Railway! As we approached an end to our paving season, we were racing against the clock to get this project done before the plants close. Guess what? We finished right in time for Thanksgiving! Let us get our hands dirty so you don’t have to!

Sealcoating acts as a waterproof agent, which decreases the speed of water entering the asphalt. Sealcoating seals the asphalt pavement. As a result, this prevents oxidation and erosion.
Crack filling is a significant maintenance service for all asphalt surfaces. During the winter season, unattended cracks will turn into potholes. Without proper maintencance, water can penetrate the cracks, along with saturatating the subgrade.
